Taman Negara offers terrestrial trails that bring you deep into one of the oldest jungles on earth. Hiking here involves steep natural steps, high humidity, and dense forest environments.

A licensed nature guide is mandatory for deep treks, but day tour routes like Teresek Hill can be done independently. You must purchase a RM 1.00 entry permit and a RM 5.00 camera license before hitting the trails.

This suspension bridge stretches 530 to 550 meters across the treetops. You walk approximately 40 to 45 meters above the jungle floor on multiple platforms. Rangers limit access to 350 to 600 visitors daily and enforce a 10-meter gap between walkers for safety. Go early to avoid lines, and skip this if you have a severe fear of heights.
